The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts that are concluded between MRN Transporte - Cristiana Artelier, Hauptstraße 16c, 82266 Inning am Ammersee, Germany (hereinafter “we” or “us”) and the customer, and are based on orders placed by the customer in the online store https://www.cristiana-artelier.com (hereinafter “online store”).
If you as a customer place an order on cristiana-artelier.com, you thereby also accept these General Terms and Cnditions.
All operations, deliveries and services on the part of MRN Transporte - Cristiana Artelier are carried out exclusively on the basis of the General Terms and Conditions listed here.

Conclusion of contract
By placing, presenting and advertising products in our online store, we are not yet making a binding offer to conclude a contract with regard to the purchase of these products, but merely wish to inform you and invite you to submit an offer.

Changing orders
It is not possible to change an order that has already been placed via cristiana-artelier.com.

If the goods have already been dispatched, you can cancel the purchase - see section “Right of Withdrawal”.

Delivery, Shipping and Right of Withdrawal
Delivery, delivery times
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, delivery is generally ex works from MRN Transporte - Cristiana Artelier.
Delivery is made by DHL and the delivery date is confirmed in the shipping confirmation by e-mail. Cristiana Artelier always strives to comply with the delivery times stated when the contract is concluded - usually 1 to 5 days within Germany, and 1 to 10 days within Europe.
As long as the customer is in default of payment, Cristiana Artelier will suspend all services to the customer. Orders will not be shipped until the payment has been received.
Transportation costs, transport insurance and delivery will be charged to the customer. Prices and additional costs shall be calculated by Cristiana Artelier in accordance with current shipping price lists.
Additional shipping costs caused by the provision of incorrect delivery addresses or addressees shall be charged to the customer if the customer is responsible for the incorrect information.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from a contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. If you have purchased several different items as part of one order, which are delivered separately, the period begins on the day on which you receive the last item.

by means of a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from this contract, e.g. by means of a letter sent by post or an e-mail. You can use the withdrawal form enclosed in your package.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, excluding the costs of delivery, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must return the goods to us.
The return of the goods is at the customer's expense - delivery and return are paid by the customer in this case.
The customer must pay for any loss in value of the goods - meaning damages etc..

If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of returning one or more items from an order.
